Our technicians are all W2 techs with 30+ years of Installation and Service between us. Our teams will travel coast to coast with the ability to fabricate solutions onsite as well as utilizing a Fabricating and powder coating company that we have partnership with B&B Metals. We have also partnered with a ground up construction company Mira Enterprises to be your one stop shop for your building, technology and fabrication needs.

Zachary Coward, Director
With over 400 new locations and over 1,000 retrofits, director of technology Zachary Coward is confident his willingness and ability to adapt to any situation to make R&B Technology’s customers happy is the secret to his impressive success. Born in Abilene, Texas, Zachary’s role takes him all over the country; his personal and professional experience in his travels and working with customers enhances Zachary’s significant knowledge needed to provide customers with a custom solution for their technology needs.

Mike Batteas, Owner/President
Meeting new people is just one of the best attributes Mike Batteas boasts about when discussing his role as president/owner of R&B Technologies. Mike has built over 500 quick service restaurants across 30 states and takes extreme pride in that accomplishment, too. When asked about the additional features of his work and role, his answer is fast and confident – the expression on his customers’ faces when they see the finished product firsthand. Mike’s not afraid of change either; he believes there is always something to learn. Perhaps that might be the catalyst to what’s interesting about Mike – his ability to run any equipment just by observing the applicable machinery.
